Executive Chef Juan Sanchez
Juan Sanchez is the Executive Chef of 3 Cocinas in Dallas, Texas. He grew up in the heart of Dallas, Texas living and breathing food. At a young age he developed a passion for cooking by going to his family gatherings, being inspired by the way his mother cooked in the kitchen.
While he was attending school he started at the bottom working for restaurants such as TGI Friday's, Chili's, Rj Mexican Cuisine, Butchershop Steak House. Since 2001 he has been a major contributor to the opening of different concepts such as 311Kitchen & Cocktails, Chet's, SeaDogs and Patrizio's Pasta.
Now he has taken on a new venture of his own with the role as the Owner/Executive Chef for 3 Cocinas bringing new and exciting food to your table.
